About Josh Soloway

As Managing Partner of Soloway, Joshua provides clients with practical, experience-based advice. With a background as a serial entrepreneur, investment banker, and attorney, he offers effective solutions for companies in the energy, finance, climate, real estate, and technology sectors. Joshua specializes in sophisticated transactions and strategic initiatives, helping clients achieve their goals, from raising capital to growing their businesses.

Joshua has held leadership roles at several large New York law firms and served as Managing Director of Rainmaker Global's New York office. He co-founded Ameritus Capital Group and has been Chief Legal Officer for companies like Multitaskr and CarbonEthic Group.

He holds a JD from Boston University School of Law and a BA in International Affairs from the University of Colorado. Admitted to practice in New York, he co-chairs the American Bar Association’s CleanTech and Climate Change Committee.

Outside his professional work, Joshua serves on the boards of the Child Rescue Association and the Economic Club of Africa New York, and he was Special Counsel to the Vatican's impact accelerator program. He is a frequent speaker on emerging companies, climate markets, and technology.
